You run out of credits and your account no longer works, all month long!!!

I understand that the free account is very limited, but get out of the way. If you run out of credits for the month, the tmb payment account should give you those same 30 credits, at least.

We understand how frustrating it can be to run out of credits. Currently, free monthly credits and paid plan credits are separate, and free credits don’t renew or carry over once they’re used. I’ll pass your feedback to the team. Thanks for letting us know!
