I totally agree — your old interface was much better than the new one.
It was intuitive. You could see all needed instruments on one screen without extra clicks. For example, in the old interface you needed just one click to open color palette or change style. In the new one, you click "Settings" and only then can change color, style, or scale. You can place toolbar below, BUT the icons are sooo small!
The most annoying thing is generating new images. Earlier new images replaced old variations — now new images appear near old versions, take up too much space, and my workspace looks like a mess. Especially since new images don't appear in one line — they appear higher or lower than previous version.
I don't understand why I need chat. Maybe it's used in other AIs, but yours was special. Now it's just waste of space. I saw a comment about workspace — it became smaller and that's true! Earlier: small window on left, instruments center above, history on right. Now: chat on left (useless for me), needed instruments and settings are hidden with miserable small icons, tools and options on right.
Why did you do this? Recraft became a wonderful tool for me as designer — interface was like graphic editors such as Corel or Figma. Strong, logical interface. Recraft wasn't just another AI but really cool tool for me. But now appearance became more valuable than user comfort.
Totally, new interface is not user-friendly. I don't understand HOW to make new variations of my old image? I pick picture, click Generate, and get picture from previous generation because it was in chat! I need to click "Generate variations" in menu, choose count and scale, but can't change color palette there!
It's so sad, I just can't use your AI normally. I bought yearly subscription, so I'm very frustrated. When I saw new interface, I returned to old one in a moment.
Please, leave toggle to return to old interface — or just leave old interface as it was. I know your team did great and huge work, but pleeease don't make changes just for sake of changes. New interface didn't make your AI better — it became more complicated. New interface surely looks modern and stylish, BUT your AI isn't just for fun — it's really useful space for work and design, and I desperately want it to stay so professional.

Terrible update!
I recently purchased a yearly subscription, and now I can't use it. You've removed the most important feature for me: the ability to change the format in good quality. Previously, I could specify the size I needed, insert a high-quality image in 1:1 format, and generate the same image in a different format (16:9 or 9:16) in good quality. All the details of the original image remained the same, the quality didn't change, and the resolution matched the original. I generated it in Nana Banana/Nana Banana Pro, and I was happy with it. Now, even in Nana Banana 4K, I get low-quality and low-resolution images. If I rescale, the image turns out completely different! Bring back the old version, and let users choose which version to use!
You've made things worse!

Stop trying to be ChatGPT. The Old UI is so much better. The chat thing is not good.

I agree with the previous comments.
I would like to add that it is no longer possible to add a reference image under V3 and thus modify this image with personal styles.
10 credits that vanish (instead of 2) for a result that does not meet expectations at all!!
Please rehabilitate the old functionalities as soon as possible.

I tried the service the day before the update. I liked it and bought full access. But then you updated the interface, and I'd already spent half my credits just trying to UNDERSTAND how it works. I think updating the interface is a really bad idea. If they'd released some kind of interface tutorial, it wouldn't be so annoying, but I spent 1,200 credits just to change the drawing style, and it's not even the most complex painting.

I consider your actions to be a slap in the face to your users. The main value of your service was in a convenient, austerity artboard for work. There are many services like you, with API's, but it was the artboard that distinguished you (and not at all your Recraft V4 generator, to which there are many complaints). You destroyed the ability to work comfortably within the workspace, which made your service lose a profitable position. Our studio will not renew the subscription for the next year! The designers who developed your new "interface" (or the product team that imposed all this junk) should be punished.

I agree with everything listed under this topic - the new interface is inconvenient and completely unthought out.
The work of our team depends on this service, and if you don't leave the opportunity to use the old, user-friendly interface, unfortunately, we will have to move to another platform.
