After setting the number of width and height before generating for the exactly size I want then when it finished the size would change everytime.

You can choose only one of the preset aspect ratios, but you can also try the Frame tool (it may take a few attempts to get the best result).
Here’s what to do:
-Create a frame with the aspect ratio you need. Hold Ctrl (or Cmd on Mac) while you resize to lock the ratio.
-Drag your image into that frame.
-Type your out-painting prompt in the prompt bar.
Click Recraft Frame and let the model extend your image.
