I'd like to kindly notice Mariam Dabaghyan that I contacted help@.. with similar problem ~3 weeks ago, then I've provided detailed description of the bug and nothing happened with the app. Just nothing, no fix, no answer, no plan, membership cashed and that's it.
This is nothing new. Look at the other posts here asking for bug fixes and have decency not to pretend that technical support exists when it does not.
This is how this company operates unfortunately. You can find on LinkedIn some Recraft devs showing off their coding skills in programming competition or fancy presentations meant to facilitate next round of funding.. while the company is occupied with marketing campaign to trick another bunch of naive customers.
How ridiculous it is..
